ATTENTION: Make sure the fan mount has been installed as specified in the mounting instructions.
1. Mount motor
Fig. A. Mount motor to motor adapter. Loosen main mounting bolt and angle adjustment bolt to adjust motor angle.

2. Install rear guard
Fig. A. Align keyhole mounting slots on rear guard with motor thru-bolts.
Fig. B. Rotate rear guard clockwise so that motor thru-bolts are positioned at narrow ends of keyhole mounting
slots. Make sure L-shaped cutouts on cage hub are oriented as shown. Tighten flange nuts to 2.5 ft·lb (3.4 N·m) to
secure to motor.

Tighten to 30 ft·lb (40.7 N·m)
1/4-20 Angle Adjustment Bolt
Tighten to 7 ft·lb (9.5 N·m)
