2. Montagehinweise

2.1 Allgemeines
Die Befestigung erfolgt senkrecht zur
Rotorachse (siehe Abbildung 1)
− am Maschinengehäuse
− am Traggestell
− in Lagerebene
− an der erfahrungsgemäß am meisten
gefährdeten Lagerstelle
Ist

um den Ort und die Winkellage der

• der Sensor nicht an Teile montiert wird,
die selbst in Resonanz kommen (z.B.
Blechverkleidungen)

2. Installation of equipment

2.1 General
The sensor is mounted perpendicular to
the rotor axix (see figure 1)
− on the machine case
− on the supporting structure
− in the bearing plane
− on the bearing which experience has
shown to the most liable to fail

If the exact position of the sensor is difficult to
ascertain
at
measurements
determine the position and the direction of
funktions-
the maximum vibration occurring at a point
which is essential to the operation of the
machine.
When installinf the sensor, please observe
the following:
• Fastening elements, if required, should be
as stiff as possible
• The sensor should not be installed on
components which may themselves be
subject to resonance (e.g. sheet metal
linings)
Maximum bolt reach: 15 mm
Maximum tightening torque: 75 Nm

2.1 Géneralités
La fixation est réalisée perpendicu-
lairement par rapport à l'axe du rotor
(voir figure 1)
− sur le carter de la machine
− sur le cadre porteur
− en plan de palier
− au niveau du palier que l'expérience
nous a indiqué comme étant le plus
menace
Dans le cas ou la position exacte du
capteur de vibrations n'est pas évidente
immédiatement, il est recommandé
d'effecteur d'abord des mesures pour
déterminer
le
lieu
et
la
angulaire de la vibration maximum.
Veuillez oberver que
• l'eventuelle équerre de fixation soit
ties rigide
• le capteur ne soit pas monté sur des
pièces en résonnance (p.ex. revète-
ments en tole)
Profondeur de vissage max.: 15 mm
couple de serrage max.: 75 Nm
