Do not wet the open end of the bag.
Do not leave too much air in the

Do not vacuum pack sharply pointed
objects as they can puncture and tear
the bag.
We recommend vacuum packing
and sealing only one bag per minute
to allow the appliance to recover
sufficiently.
If for any reason the necessary
vacuum is not obtained, the vacuum
system will automatically disconnect
after 45 seconds. In this case, check
whether the bag has a leak or is not
properly positioned.

Vacuum packing for the refrigerator
Preparing food for the freezer:
The vacuum packing machine will
help you to keep food fresh in opti-
mum condition of preservation.
To vacuum pack very fragile foods
(fruit, vegetables, boiled food, etc.).
We recommend pre-freezing in order
to maintain its original form.
To vacuum pack non-frozen food, a
distance of approx. 5 cm must be left
in the length of the bag to allow it to
expand during freezing.
It is advisable to wrap meat or fish
in kitchen paper for vacuum packing
it. This way, the kitchen paper will
absorb the humidity in the food.
To pack foods like tortillas, crepes or
hamburgers, spread the oven paper
or aluminium foil* between them in
order to place the pieces together.
This will make it easier to separate
them later.
