Trouble shooting
Malfunction
The gripper does not clamp.
The clamping force is not sufficient.
The load hangs crooked.

Repairs
Only persons with the appropriate knowledge and ability are allowed to repair the device.
Before the device is used again, it has to be checked by a qualified person or an expert.

1. Clamping range not set or set incorrectly.
2. Rubber buffer not adjusted.
3. The dimension of the load is not within the clamping range. 4.

1. Rubber profiles of the clamping jaws are dirty or worn. 2.

3. The surface of the load is too smooth.
Place the gripper in the center of gravity of the load.
