4.1.1 Lifting eye / Suspension bolt
The device is equipped with a lifting eye / suspension bolt and can be mounted on various carrier /
lifting devices.
Take care that the lifting eye / suspension bolt is safely joined with the lifting tackle (e.g. crane
hook, belt) and cannot slide down.
4.2
Commissioning
The shaft frame tongs are completely assembled and can be used immediately.
Remove packaging material and check scope of delivery.
The contractor must ensure that the shaft frame tongs are only put into operation if they have
previously been checked for function and condition by an expert and any defects found have been
rectified.
Hook the suspension ring into the load hook of the hoist.
Only guide the shaft frame pliers by the handle. Otherwise danger of crushing!
