ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
INSTALL THE ROD
Remove the locking pin and bolt
from the lowering base.
Slide the ball down the rod
Insert the bonnet and the bolt and
pin cover onto the rod. Carefully
pass the motor cables through the
rod assembly.
Return the hanging ball to its
normal position.
INSTALL DOWNROD ASSEMBLY
1. Pass the jockstrap through the suspended watch and the
coupling cover.
2. Then insert the tail of the jockstrap from the engine's lying
head.
3. Remove the side pin from the suspended head position and
secure it with the R-type pin (clevis pin).
4. Tighten the recumbent head bolts. Tighten the 2 set
screws on the coupling to serve as a clamping force on the
rod to prevent the fan from vibrating during operation.
5. Pass the coupling cover, cover ring, cover and suspension
ball through the rod in turn, and then install the locking pin
through the hole in the rod. Secure it with a screw and then

Unscrew the screws of the
suspension ball
Remove the rod bolt
Replace the pendant ball pin
slide down the coupling cover into the correct position..
MOUNTING - HANGING THE FAN
INSTALLATION OF THE REMOTE CONTROL RECEIVER
1. Once wiring step has been completed, slide the wired
remote receiver in between the mounting bracket and the top
of the downrod ball for downrod fans.
