TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The compressor does not work
properly and makes a buzzing
noise.
The "low water level" indication
is on.
The light indicators on the control
panel are not on.
The ice cubes made are too large
or clump together.
The ice making process was
correct but no ice cubes have
formed.
All the indications flash at the
same time.
The unit was operating but the
water is warming up.
Despite the ice container being
full, the indicator light "Ice
container full" does not light up.
The ice cubes are not clear.
Possible cause
The power voltage is lower than
recommended.
There is no water in the water
tank.
The pump is full of air.
Blown fuse/no power.
There is still ice in the water tank
from the previous ice making
cycles.
The wrong ice cube size was
selected.
Ice from the previous cycles is in
the water tank.
Water tray is blocked by ice cubes.
The motor is blocked, the motor
hangs or the motor is damaged or
the microswitch is damaged.
The solenoid valve is defective.
The sensor is damaged.
Sunlight shines directly on the
sensor.
The water supply pump does not
work.
Tap water has been used.
Solution
Stop the device and restart it only
when the power voltage is normal.
Fill the water tank with water up
to the maximum mark.
Press the POWER button to
restart.
Replace the fuse / Turn on the
power.
Remove the ice in standby mode.
Select a smaller ice cube size.
Unplug the power cord from the
wall outlet and plug it back in.
Unplug the power cord and plug
it back in, and press the POWER
button. After 3 minutes, the unit
will restart automatically.
Call the service hotline.
Replace the solenoid valve.
Replace the sensor.
Contact the customer service.
Contact customer service to
replace the water pump.
Use filtered water.
