9.0 Maintenance and Troubleshooting
9.1 Routine Maintenance
To ensure that the energy storage system can operate properly in the long term, you are
advised to perform routine maintenance on it as described in this chapter.

9.2 Troubleshooting
To maintain the accuracy of the SOC, it may be required to fully charge the battery.
This will reset the battery's SOC.

Acceptance Criteria
The heatsink on the back of
the inverter and vent
covers are clean and free
from obstruction.
The product is not damaged
or deformed.
1. The product operates with
no abnormal sound.
2. All parameters of the
product are correctly set.
Perform this check when the
product is running.
1. Cables are securely
connected.
2. Cables are intact and
undamaged.
3. Unused cable glands are
sealed.
Disconnect the system from all power sources before cleaning. Clean the
housing, cover and display with a soft cloth.
Risk of burns due to hot enclosure and cover of the inverter
The enclosure and cover of the inverter can get hot during operation.
During operation, do not touch any parts other than the side covers. Wait
approx. 30 minutes before cleaning until the inverter has cooled down.
