2. If the problem with the unit is not solved, then go through the following list of possible problems:
Problem
You hear a negative tone (high – low) when
pressing a bell push button.
Someone is calling but you do not hear a
ring signal and the red indication LED is
illuminated.
You can hear a whistle sound during a
conversation.
Both indication LEDs are permanently
flashing.

Contact an authorised installer to resolve the problem.

7. MAINTENANCE
Dirt may prevent the intercom from functioning properly. Therefore, always keep the device clean and dry. Use a damp cloth and water with soap
to clean the device.
To avoid damage to the surface of the device, do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or pads, cleaning agents based on dissolvent, acid or acetic
acid, or a high-pressure cleaner.
If any parts of the intercom are defective, you contact an authorised installer.

Cause
There is an error in the programming.

The installation is still in programming mode.
The intercom is not connected correctly.
The ring signal is deactivated.
The settings of the external unit are not
fine-tuned.
The a and P wires are swapped or short
circuited.
You will hear the following error tone:
The a wire is not connected or gets no power.

A key got stuck (pressed longer than 15
seconds).

Solution
Erase the programming and start again.
Exit the programming mode.
Check the wiring according to the wiring
diagram.
Press

Change the sound settings of the microphone
and loudspeaker using the potentiometers
on the external unit until the whistle sound
disappears.
Swap a and P wires or resolve short circuit.
