DYNAMIC high pressure washer type P406 is a machine, which will produce a water jet with a high
speed when supplied with electric energy from a wall socket and water from a water tap or other water
supply. The aim of this water jet is cleaning.
High pressure operation:
Trigger of the spray handle (11) is activated. Water runs through the water hose to the connecting
branch of the mac hi ne. From here the water is lead through a fi lter (1), which removes large particles.
The micro-switch (9) is activated by the spring in the start/stop valve. When the piston (3) is pulled out
of the indicated cylinder guide, an underpressure is generated, and water is sucked through the suc-
tion valve (2). The valve only allows the water to pass in this direction. The piston (3) will then change
its di rect ion and be lead forwards in the cylinder guide.
The movement of the piston is decided by the rotation of the motor (4) and the wobble disc system.
The sucked in water will now be pressed out through the outlet valve (5), which only allows the water
to pass in this direction. The water is now under a certain pressure.
Then the water is lead out through the injector nozzle (6). Function of this injector is to reduce the
pressure drastically in a small area inside the injector, while after the injector there is only a small pres-
sure drop.
This only takes place when the water is passing the injector, and not when the water stands still in the
injector. The low pressure in the injector is used for controlling the start/stop valve (8) of the machine.
The low injector pressure at the one side of the start/stop valve (8) and the high pressure at the other
side means that the valve holds the micro switch activated.
The water is lead through the high pressure hose (10), through the spray handle to the TORNADO
nozzle (12), where the water attains the high speed.
Retaining pressure:
Trigger of spray handle (11) is not activated and water cannot pass to the TORNADO nozzle (12),
since the valve in the spray handle is closed.
The pressure is equal on both sides of the start/stop valve (8). The micro-switch is not activated, and
the motor is stopped.
Flowbooster:
Trigger of spray handle (11) is activated and the TORNADO nozzle (12) is on low pressure. The micro-
switch is activated and the motor runs. Pump pressure is larger than the injector pressure. The ball (7)
of the start/stop valve is lifted from the seat and allows water to pass, which is increasing the water
quantity by approximately 50%.
