Solutions
Wait the end of the cooling cycle,
about 2 min. The indicator (6)
switches off.
Check the connections
Check the plug and the earth of
your installation.
Check the recommended polarity
(+/-) on the electrode box.
Check the power supply network
or the generator
Use an electrode size more sui-
table to the thickness of your
metal.
Use an tungsten electrode properly
prepared.
Reduce the gas flow
Protect the welding area against
draught.
Check and tighten every gas
connection. Wait for the electrode
to cool down before switching off
the glas flow.
