Setting the temperature and the
cooking time
The oven should switch off automati-
cally at the end of the specified cook-
ing time.
• Before setting the cooking time, the
oven operating function must be se-
lected. Basic default cooking pa-
rameters are set for each mode. If
you wish, you can change these pa-
rameters.
• On the Home page, select the de-
sired operating mode of the oven.
• Then set the desired temperature.
• The temperature is set by touching
the corresponding symbol on the
display and moving the sliding scale
up and down. You can choose in a
range between 30 °C and 260 °C.
The temperature regulator has a
professional step of 5 °C.
• The selected parameter is automat-
ically set when removing the fingers
from the screen.
• Then set the cooking time.
• The cooking time is set by touching
the clock symbol on the display in
HH:MM format and moving the slid-
ing scale up and down.
• Press "Start" to start the oven.
• After the set time is over, an audible
signal will sound to inform you that
all the oven's functions are off.
