Maintenance
IMPORTANT: Maintenance work must always be done with the machine stopped and with the electricity supply
disconnected. Always wear protective gloves for maintenance operations.
To obtain a nominal amount of product and make efficient use of the machine, it must be cleaned regularly. The
intensity and frequency of the washes will depend on the conditions of the raw material input. Master Products
recommends washing the rack and blades at least once every 4 hours of operation. For optimal cleaning, use hot
water and Master Clean liquid. We recommend washing and sanitizing the other parts of the machine at the end of
each working day (8-12 h).
NOTE: Sharpen the blades when cutting efficiency decreases.
Cleaning the blades and the grid
Warning: To carry out this operation, it is essential to wear protective gloves and follow the safety recommendations
since you will be working in direct contact with the blades.
First, press the ON/OFF switches on the machine to turn it off.

Then disconnect it from the electricity supply by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Open the four latches of the grid to remove it and access the

blades.

Loosen the side retaining knobs (G) that secure the container to

the body of the machine. Then disconnect the motor cable of the
container from the power input located on the side of the machine
body. Remove the container.
Unscrew and remove the bolts that link the blades to the motor

shaft using Allen key Nº4. Then remove the blades. IMPORTANT:
The machine must be stopped and disconnected before
manipulating it.
