Cleaning liquid
C AU TI O N!
•
Keep the cleaning concentrate out of reach of children.
•
The cleaning liquid must not remain inside the device for more than 4 weeks.
The cleaning concentrate may only be used with distilled or demineralized water at
room temperature. Do not use hot water!
– Distilled or demineralized water is commercially available.
– Cleaning concentrate is available from the manufacturer or specialized.
Changing/collecting cleaning liquid

Cleaning liquid overflow
•
Pull out the mains plug of the power supply unit from the power socket before
changing the liquid.
•
If cleaning liquid overflows while the device is being filled, wipe up any spilled
fluid immediately.
Approx. 100 records can be cleaned with one bottle of cleaning concentrate, de-
pending on how dirty they are.
If cleaning liquid is only mildly contaminated:
A sealable container with a capacity of at least 4.5 liters together with a funnel can
be used to collect and store liquid.
Emptying the cleaning liquid
1. Place the device above a suitable bowl or sink.
– The collection bowl must be able to hold at least 4.5 liters of liquid.
2. Open the drain plug (8).
– Do not drain the cleaning liquid completely. Close the drain plug again.
Slightly swing the device back and forth to float existing particles.
Then empty the device completely by tipping it slightly backwards and
to the side.
3. Replace and tighten the drain plug.
