Cleaning a record

Once the cleaning process is underway, make sure the record is rotating.
•
Successful cleaning and damage prevention can only be guaranteed if the
record is rotating No liability can be assumed for any damage that is caused
by disregarding this warning.

On rare occasions, records don't sit correctly in the designated drive and
therefore won't rotate properly. This may be due to the material characteristics
and shape of vinyl records. If this occurs, press the record gently from above.

1. Turn on the main switch (13), green LED (16) lights up and yellow LED (12)
lights up. The device is ready for use.
2. Insert the record into the device (see 6.2 / 6.3)
3. Push start button (14).
– An acoustic signal will go off.
– The yellow LED (17) lights up, the cleaning process starts.
4. When the cleaning process has ended, an acoustic signal will go off and the
green LED (16) lights up.
5. Take out the cleaned and dried record (see page 13, 6.4.4).
Insert the record vertically into the slot. Ensure the
record is inserted into the designated retainers.
Before cleaning a 7" vinyl single make sure the optional
7" Single Kit is mounted correctly.
