Cautions for use

•
Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in polybags , which may cause
suffocation; keep away from children and pets.
•
Do NOT allow small children to play with, in or around pet feeder.
•
To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
•
Intended for use with dogs or cats only.
•
Do NOT use outdoors. FOR INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Check operation frequently to make sure
the feeder is dispensing properly.
•
For dry and most semi-moist food use only. DO NOT use wet, canned or moist food.
•
The device should be placed on a flat surface.
•
Do NOT place any foreign object in the pet feeder.
•
Do NOT disassemble the device other than as instructed in this user's guide.
•
Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
•
Do not unplug by pulling on power cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the power cord.
•
Do not operate the appliance if the power cord or plug are damaged, if the product is malfunctioning or if it
has been damaged. Contact NUM'AXES immediately for further instructions.
•
Always unplug the appliance when not in use, before assembly or disassembly, and before cleaning. Never
pull on the electrical power cord to remove the plug from the wall outlet.
•
Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
•
If the plug gets wet, immediately shut the power off at your breaker panel. Do not attempt to unplug.
•
To avoid tripping, always position power cord out of the way of foot traffic.
•
Do not allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. If you are concerned about the power cord, you may
purchase a cable cover at any hardware store to protect the power cord.
•
Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
•
Do not install or store the appliance where it will be exposed to weather conditions or temperatures below
4° C.
•
Do not lift the pet feeder by grasping the lid, tank or bowl. Lift and carry the feeder using both hands to hold
the base, while keeping the unit in upright position.
•
Read and observe all important warnings listed on the feeder and on the packaging.
Troubleshooting
Should your product stop working or develop a fault, please read this guide over and make sure that the malfunction
is not due to user error.

Depending on the extent of the malfunction, you may have to return your product for service and repair.
For repairs, please return the complete product and the proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt).
Warranty
NUM'AXES guarantees the product against all manufacturing defects for two years after purchase. All postage and
packing charges will be the purchaser's sole responsibility.

Warranty conditions

1. The warranty applies only upon submission of a valid proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt). The warranty
is exclusive to the original purchaser.
2. This warranty does not cover the following:
•
direct or indirect transport risks linked to the return of the product to NUM'AXES,
•
product damage resulting from:
- negligence or fault on part of user (e.g.: bites, breakage, cracking),
