Download the "Eyenimal Smart Feeder" app from your phone's app store. Open the app and follow the

on-screen instructions to connect to your feeder. You will need a valid email address and your home Wi -
Fi password. WARNING: your Wi-Fi password must be 6-16 characters long. Complete all instructions and
app setup before filling the feeder with food.
Your feeder is now ready for use! Use the "Eyenimal Smart Feeder" app to schedule meals and set up notifications.

Setup troubleshooting
If you went through the setup process and were unable to get your feeder connected, first try the directions within
the app. If you are still experiencing issues, then try the following:
1. Ensure that your home Wi-Fi is working properly and that your phone is connected to it.
2. Ensure that your Wi-Fi password is correct.
3. Place your feeder near your router during initial setup.
4. Place your smartphone near your feeder during initial setup.
Cleaning & maintenance
The appliance comes apart for easy cleaning. The bowl, tank lid and tank are dishwasher safe. You may also clean
the washable parts by hand using cool or warm soapy water. Rinse and let all parts air dry completely before
reassembling.
CAUTION: Do NOT immerse control panel in water. Base unit should NEVER be submerged in water, as
this may damage electronic components.
