Troubleshooting
My trainer isn't working.
Spray keeps leaking from the
trainer.
The remote control has a
very short operating range.

Step 1: Check to see whether the batteries
in both devices are charged and that the trai-
ning collar is turned on.
Step 2: Replace the remote control batteries
and charge the battery in the collar.
Step 3: You can't find the problem? Please

In rare cases the system is not properly sea-
led, so spray will leak after filling. In this case
please contact our service department at
info@PetTec.de.
Weak batteries and obstacles such as trees,
walls, and bushes, as well as other radio
devices in the area, can significantly limit
the operating range. First replace the batte-
ries. If the operating range in an open area is
still poor, contact our service department at
info@PetTec.de.
