Connecting a second training collar with the remote control
Please follow these steps to connect a second training collar with the remote
control. Note that you'll need to connect each collar one at a time.
Note: You'll only need to follow this step if you want to connect more than one
collar, or if you have disconnected the included collar from the remote control.
Step 1 – training collar
Start with the training collar that is not connected to the remote control. Press
and hold the On/Off switch for several seconds until you hear two consecutive
signal tones (beeps).
Step 2 – remote control
Now take the remote control and find the unassigned collar selector button.
Press and hold this button for several seconds until you hear five consecutive
signal tones (beeps).
Note: You must complete step 2 within 10 seconds of completing step 1 to
successfully connect both devices. If it doesn't work on the first try, turn the
collar off and back on before repeating step 1.
Step 3 – connection test
Now press the collar selector button you chose, and check to see whether the
status LED on the training collar flashes red. You can also press the tone signal
button as a test to activate a tone signal from the collar.
Note: If the connection test fails, simply repeat the connection steps. Be sure
to complete step 2 within 10 seconds of completing step 1.
