Specific warnings concerning use of the tensiometer:
- Use an arm cuff size appropriate to the patient's arm to avoid inaccurate results.
- Do not remove the air tube connector.
- Avoid allowing any liquid to enter the air tube.
- It is recommended that you replace the arm cuff every year.
1.2. GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
- Only use this device in the situations specified and described by this user manual.

the operating instructions of the device.
- This device is designed to be used in an electromagnetic environment where radiated RF disturbances are controlled. The user of the device can help to avoid
electromagnetic interference by ensuring a minimum distance between mobile and portable RF communication equipment (transmitters) and the device; as
recommended at the end of this guide, which depends on the maximum output power of the communication equipment.
- Readings can be distorted if the device is used near a television, microwave oven, mobile telephone or any other device with an electric field.
1.3. CYBERSECURITY INFORMATION
When used locally, personal data is stored and encrypted with 256-bit AES on the device.

- ECG: Adults
This device enables communication via a video conferencing system. It cannot be used as a telephone.
3. WORKING PRINCIPLE
Visiocheck® BW-X07HD is fitted with in-built TEMP, ECG, SpO
, BPM modules, which are intended to take physiological measurements, and perform additional
2
functions.
The ECG module enables an electrocardiogram to be produced (7 leads: AVR, AVL, AVF, I, II, III, V). When the electrodes are placed on the skin, the device
records the potential difference resulting from electrical waves spreading through the body. This enables the heart rate to be recorded, as well as the nature
of conduction and heart rhythm.
The BPM module (tensiometer) enables arterial blood pressure and heart rate to be recorded using the oscillometric method, which is automated and non-
invasive. The air pump allows the upper arm cuff to be automatically inflated. By measuring the pulse when the arm cuff is inflated, an algorithm is able to
calculate, based on the sensor reading, systolic arterial pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate.
The TEMP module (temperature) uses an infrared sensor to measure heat radiated by the body from the forehead or temple. By making a comparison with the
surrounding temperature, an algorithm enables core body temperature to be calculated.
The SpO
module (oxygen saturation measured with pulse oximetry) is a non-invasive test that enables levels of oxygen carried by haemoglobin in the
2
capillaries to be measured. It enables oxygen saturation, pulse rate and perfusion index to be calculated.
Using an Android system, Visiocheck® includes functions such as a user interface, data storage and transmission (Bluetooth, 3G, 4G, WiFi), video conferencing,
etc.
4. GENERAL INFORMATION
