Keep the underside of the hand-tiller clean and remove soil
deposits. Deposits make it more difficult to start the motor and
decrease the working depth.
Always work perpendicular to the slop on inclined areas.
Warning! The tiller wheels will continue to rotate for a few seconds
after the motor is switched off. Never attempt to manually stop
them. In the event that the rotating tiller tines strikes an object,
immediately switch off the machine and wait for the tiller wheels to
come to a complete stop. Then inspect the condition of the tiller
wheels. Replace the tiller wheels completely in case of damage.
Work with the device slowly in parallel lines. Take care not to injure
your feet/hands.
Do not apply excessive pressure when working with the unit.
Always be careful when working
Please observe the national regulations concerning noise protec-
tion. The use of the garden tool is restricted on certain days (holi-
days) and at certain times (noonday).
To avoid injuries preferably remove the battery from the unit when
not in use and after work.
Avoid pushing the hand-tiller in order to achieve a greater working
depth.
If the power is reduced, either the ground is too hard, or the tiller
tines are worn out.
Notice! For protection, the device is equipped with a thermal switch
which cuts out when the motor is overloaded and switches on again
automatically after a cooling period.
