B. Pump
C. Hose Intake
D. Unloader Valve
E. Injector Valve
F. Thermal Relief
G. Spray Gun
H. Wand
I. Nozzle
CONTROLS:
D. Unloader Valve - Controls the system pressure. The unloader is
pre-set at the factory to a maximum system pressure. DO NOT
adjust this maximum pressure setting. Turning the unloader knob
clockwise past the factory setting could damage the pump or
system components. If a lower working pressure is required, turn
unloader knob counter-clockwise. The unloader also provides a
bypass for water flow when the gun trigger is released and water
stops spraying.
E. Injector Valve - Allows the operator to add soap, detergent or
chemical to the water only in the low-pressure mode, i.e. less than
500 PSI. Turn knob clockwise into the body to lower the flow of
detergent. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to increase the flow of
detergent. Do not turn more than one and a half turns.
F. Thermal Relief - Provides high water temperature protection for
the pump to prevent premature failure of seals, packings and cups
without interruption of flow.
