Event Manager

Create event rule:

Trigger:
Assign a name for the account. This information will appear later when
selected in the Event Manager.
Enter the SMTP outgoing mail server associated with the email account.
To ensure proper authentication an encryption type (usually TLS), user name
(usually the email address associated with the account sending the
messages) and a password for the email account are required.

Enter the email address for the sending account.
The SMTP port is normally 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL).
The subject appears in the subject lines of emails to the recipient. This
subject will appear in all event emails. For instance, you might choose to give
the camera location or designation here to help identify it.
To test the settings a contact with an email address must first be created
under "System"/"Contacts".
Up to five event rules can be created using the green "+" button.

Schedule 1 is already pre-programmed as the default. This is set up
to apply the event rules 24 hours a day. New schedules for individual
activities can be created under "Configuration"/"Schedules".
All detectors associated with the camera (e.g. motion detection) are
displayed in the menu, provided the detector is activated/set up. If a
detector has several zones attached to it, the zone must also be
selected. One zone can trigger one rule.
The manual trigger can be switched on and off using a button on the
live video page.
The periodic trigger can activate a given event rule at a pre-set
interval (1 ~ 1440 mins).
