Be sure to turn off the power before using the needle threader. There is a risk of injury if you accidentally step on the foot controller.
Using the Needle Threader

1 Make sure that the thread take-up lever is
positioned as shown in the diagram and
the needle is raised to it's highest position.
2 Holding the thread in your left hand, pull
out about 20 cm (approx. 8 inches) (1),
and then lower the presser foot lever (2).
7 Carefully pull the loop to the right to
thread the needle.
✽ The needle threader can be used with machine needles #11 through #16.
When using #9 needles or thinner, manually thread the needle.

Transparent nylon thread can be used
