 Under no circumstances should the battery, charger and/or cables be
repaired. If you have a problem with these components, call Technical
Service.
If the battery does not fully charge while in charge mode for ten
(10) hours or more, it is recommended to call for service,
NOTE
especially if the battery begins to heat up or has some other
malfunction/failure.
Motor
 The scooter has a modern, powerful and efficient brushless electric
motor with low speed and high power. If you use the scooter wisely,
you will get more range.
 The motor of the scooter does not require maintenance, as long as it is
used under normal and prudent conditions.
 If the scooter's motor detects a very heavy load on the way up, it will
cut out and you will have to restart the scooter. The purpose of this
mechanism is to prevent permanent damage to the motor or electronic
controller.
 Make sure the battery has enough charge.
