Scooter Assembly and Connection
1. Insert the handlebar assembly into the large mast tube and lock the 4
screws.
2. Raise the handlebar together with the mast upright, the buckle will
lock automatically.
3. Turn the fold lock clockwise until it locks with the mast.
Connect Charger:
