INSTALLAZIONE FLANGIA PNEUMATICA
Prima di fissare la flangia alla macchina è opportuno pulire sempre il cono
dell'albero macchina ed il foro della flangia stessa. Un cattivo adattamento
della flangia sull'albero influirà sulla precisione dell'equilibratura.
MONTAGGIO FLANGIA A CONI
» Accendere la macchina;
» Fare uscire il perno azionando il pedale verso l'alto;
» Avvitare completamente il tirante interno alla flangia sul perno filettato
dell'albero senza serrare con forza (fig.12a);
» Fare avanzare la flangia facendo entrare le viti nelle asole dell'anello di
aggancio (fig.12a);
» Ruotare l'anello fino a far entrare completamente le viti nelle asole
(fig.12b);
» Bloccare la flangia sull'albero azionando il pedale verso l'alto;
» Serrare le due viti con chiave di 13.
SMONTAGGIO FLANGIA A CONI
» Accendere la macchina;
» Sbloccare l'aggancio pneumatico azionando il pedale verso l'alto;
» Allentare le due viti che bloccano la flangia con chiave di 13;
» Sbloccare la flangia dall'albero con un colpo di martello in gomma sulla
campana;
» Ruotare la flangia fino a far corrispondere i fori dell'anello di aggancio
con la testa delle viti, quindi sfilarla;
» Svitare la flangia dal perno dell'albero.
MONTAGGIO FLANGIA MOTO E 3/4/5 FORI
» Accendere la macchina;
» Fare uscire il perno azionando il pedale verso l'alto;
» Posizionare la flangia sull'albero della macchina;
» Avvitare la ghiera di bloccaggio sul perno;
» Bloccare la flangia azionando il pedale verso l'alto.
SMONTAGGIO FLANGIA MOTO E 3/4/5 FORI
» Accendere la macchina;
» Fare uscire il perno azionando il pedale verso l'alto;
» Svitare la ghiera di bloccaggio sul perno;
» Sbloccare la flangia dall'albero con un colpo di martello in gomma
sulla campana;
SERRAGGIO RUOTA AUTOMOBILE
» Sbloccare l'aggancio pneumatico azionando il pedale verso l'alto;
» Posizionare opportunamente ruota e cono sull'albero;
» Infilare il manicotto di bloccaggio sull'albero spingendolo contro la
ruota(fig14a);
» Bloccare azionando il pedale verso l'alto.
» La fig.14b mostra il sistema di serraggio ruota d'automobile utilizzando
la flangia universale 3/4/5 fori.
SERRAGGIO RUOTA MOTOCICLO
» La fig.15 mostrano il sistema di serraggio ruota motociclo utilizzando
la flangia moto.

FITTING THE PNEUMATIC ADAPTER
Before fixing the adapter on the machine, the machine shaft cone and the
adapter hole should be cleaned. A poor adapter-shaft fastening will nega-
tively influence balancing precision.
FITTING CONE ADAPTERS
» Switch on the machine.
» Bring out the shaft by pushing the pedal up.
» Completely screw the screw stay inside the adapter onto the threaded
section of the shaft without applying force (fig.12a).
» Advance the adapter, inserting the screws into the slots in the cou-
pling ring (fig.12a).
» Rotate the ring until the screws are completely inside the slots (fig.12b)
» Lock the adapter on the shaft by moving the pedal up.
» Tighten the two screws with a size 13 spanner.
REMOVING CONE ADAPTERS
» Switch on the machine.
» Release the pneumatic lock by moving the pedal up.
» Release the two screws that fix the adapter with a size 13 spanner.
» Release the adapter from the shaft by hitting the bell section with a
rubber mallet.
» Rotate the adapter until the coupling ring holes align to the screw
heads and then slide off.
» Unscrew the adapter from the shaft.
FITTING THE E 3/4/5 HOLE MOTORCYCLE ADAPTER
» Switch on the machine.
» Bring out the shaft by pushing the pedal up.
» Position the adapter on the machine shaft.
» Screw up the locking ring nut onto the shaft.
» Lock the adapter by moving the pedal up.
REMOVING THE E 3/4/5 HOLE MOTORCYCLE ADAPTER
» Switch on the machine.
» Bring out the shaft by pushing the pedal up.
» Unscrew the locking ring nut from the shaft.
» Release the adapter from the shaft by hitting the bell section with a
rubber mallet.
FIXING AUTOMOBILE WHEELS
» Release the pneumatic lock by moving the pedal up.
» Position the wheel and cone appropriately on the shaft.
» Slide on the locking collar onto the shaft pushing against the wheel
(fig14a).
» Lock by moving the pedal up.
» Fig.14b shows the automobile wheel fixing system using the univer-
sal 3/4/5 hole adapter.
FIXING MOTORCYCLE WHEELS
» Fig.15 shows the motorcycle wheel fixing system using the motor-
cycle adapter.
