1. Place the kneading paddle into the pan. We recommend filling the hole
with heat-resisting margarine prior to place the kneading paddle to
avoid the dough sticking on the kneading paddle.
2. Place ingredients into the baking pan. Please observe the correct
order of the ingredients!
Pour water or liquid substance into the pan first, then add salt, sugar
and flour (according to recipe add dry ingredients) and finally add
yeast or baking powder to the flour. Make sure yeast does not come
into contact with liquid or salt. Always observe the maximum quantities
of flour and yeast. When using too much dough, it can overflow and
burn tight on the heating element!
3. Insert the baking pan into the bread maker and press down.
4. Close the lid gently and plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
5. Press the button Programm until your desired programme is selected.
Press the button Bräunung to select the desired browning grade.
Press the button Größe/Gewicht to select the desired loaf weight.
6. If you want to start operation now, press the button START/STOP.
You will hear a confirmation sound. The bread maker starts kneading
the ingredients. Afterwards, the bread maker will continue with rising
and baking process.
If you want to start the baking process delayed, proceed as follows:
Example: It is in the evening and you want to have fresh baked bread
next morning. Press the buttons Zeit
have set the time delay.
