Description of the Control Panel
Button: Programm
All preset programmes are selected by pressing the button Programm
several times. Each time you press the button you will hear a confirmation
sound. The order of the programmes is:
1 2:50
The "Basis" programme is baking normal bread. According to
taste and to increase flavour you can add dry ingredients such
as pumpkin seeds, pieces of bacon, roasted onions etc.
2 3:30
The programme "Französisches Brot" is from baking French
bread. The bread baked with this programme usually has a
crisper crust and light texture. Please use up this kind of bread
within one day as they have a short self-life.
3 2:50
The programme "Süßes Brot" is suitable for baking brioche and
sweet breads. According to taste and to increase flavour you
can add further dry ingredients (e. g. raising, nuts, chocolate
shavings etc.).
4 1:30
The programme "Kuchen" is for baking cakes and sweat bread
by using packing powder.
Delayed Baking with this programme is not possible.
5 3:25
The programme "Vollkorn" is suitable for wholemeal breads.
Kneading, rise and baking time will match recipes for
wholemeal breads. We recommend not using the delayed start
tome function for baking wholemeal breads as this will lead to
poor results.
