Install the Piping (cont.)
NOTICE: Never run the steam lines perfectly horizontal. Each line should contain a pitch of 3/8" (1 cm) to
1/2" (1.3 cm) per 12" (30.5 cm) of pipe, running up from the steam generator to the steam head.
Install 1/2" copper pipe from each union to the steam head housings assembly installation locations.
Install a 1/2" NPT connection elbow on the end of each steam housing assembly.
Secure the connections to the framing whenever possible.
4. Install the Steam Head
NOTE: Follow the instructions packed with your steam head kit.
