(pause) button. At the same time, the dosing pump (Fig. 1, pos. 14) is activated, which
sucks in disinfectant according to the set concentration from the product supply container
(pos. 20).
Disinfectant is added in proportion to the quantity and mixed with the water in the swivel
outlet (pos. 8) to form a ready-to-use solution.
The withdrawal continues until the stop (pause) button
LED (pos. 19b) flashes green.
The entire process is regulated by the integrated microprocessor control.
The impulse water meter (pos. 5) records the amount of water supplied.
The control electronics (pos. 18) activate the digital linear drive [DLA] (pos. 13), which
drives the double-acting piston metering pump (pos. 14).
This ensures that the disinfectant is added in exact proportion to the quantity.
The disinfectant flow is constantly monitored by means of a flow monitor located (Pos. 15)
upstream of the dosing point.
The water flow is controlled by means of a pulse water meter (pos. 5).
