Description
No sound can be heard.
No external audio source (MP3 player,
portable audio player, USB key or tele-
phone etc) is recognised by the multime-
dia system.
Android Auto™/CarPlay™ does not start
on the multimedia system.
Audio source operation fault (voice
recognition disconnected under SIRI/
CarPlay™/Android Auto™, MP3 player,
portable audio player or phone, etc.).

The volume is set to minimum or mute.
The audio source is not switched on or
connected to the system.
Several audio sources are ejected during
operation.

Causes
Increase the volume or deactivate mute.
Check the selected system source and
make sure the output source is the multi-
media system.
Restart the multimedia system by press-
ing and holding the on/off button (until
the screen turns off).
Visit the manufacturer's website for your
smartphone for configuration informa-
tion.
Use a USB cable recommended by the
telephone manufacturer for correct func-
tioning of the application.
