Operation steps to switch to baby and parent mode
Upon delivery, both devices are programmed as equal radio mobiles (PMR 446 Walkie-
Talkies). For the baby monitor, please select one of the devices as the baby device and the
other as the parent device.
Here's how:

We recommend that you always connect the supplied external microphone to the baby
device!
This is not only highly sensitive, but also reduces the electric smog that the child is exposed to,
because the radio device can be placed further away from the child. To connect, lift the rubber
cover on the right side of the device, two sockets can be found underneath. The lower of the two
is the right microphone jack.

1. First, insert the batteries (see next page) and
charge them for a few hours. Included are
two chargers: 1 automatic charger with
night light especially for the baby device
and 1 standard charger for the parent
device (without night light)
2. Switch on both devices:
3. Press the Menu key 2 x in the first device. In
the display, oF flashes at the bottom right

Repeat steps 3-5 corresponding to the other device.
The difference is that you select P in step 4 (=
Parents for the parent device).
You can now choose from 9 baby channels from b1
to b9 on the baby device and P1 to P9 on the parent
device.
• To do this, press 1 x Menu and select the
channel number with the arrow keys.
The baby and parent device must each use the
same channel number, e.g. b1 and P1
