Using your irrigator
Your Oral irrigator comes with a convenient wall
holder. It can be mounted easily using the attached
items (picture 1).
Before using for the fi rst time, fi ll the water contain-
er (i) and allow the water to run through completely
by holding the irrigator handle (h) over a washbasin.
1. Attach one of the irrigator nozzles (a) to the
handle until it locks into place (picture 2). Fill the
water container with luke warm water.
2. Turn on the irrigator by pressing the on/off switch
(e) (picture 3). (When doing so, the handle switch
should be in the lower position = water stop).
3. Select the water pressure with the pressure
control dial (f) (1 = gentle, 5 = strong) (picture
4). We recommend that you start with setting
1, especially if your gums tend to bleed or if
children are using the Oral irrigator.
4. Bend over a washbasin and guide the nozzle to
your teeth and gums. Slide the handle switch (g)
up to start the water stream (picture 5). Keep
your mouth slightly open to allow the water to run
into the washbasin.
Slide the handle switch up (g) for a continuous
water stream.
Slide the handle switch down and press into it, to
use the on-demand function (picture 6).
Caution: Turn off the Oral irrigator by switching off
the on/off switch once the water container is empty.
Longer operation of the Oral irrigator without water
may damage the appliance.
