Fitting instructions
1) Disassemble the bumper
2) Insert the bolts and washers through the provided holes at the sides of the chassis beam and
through the outside. Place now the assembly pieces
interior side of the chassis beams matching point (A) on the inserted bolts without tightening (see
picture 1). Place the nut pieces
beams. Re-assemble the bumper on the vehicle but do not tighten yet.
3) Place the tow bar with points (B) and (C) matching the provided holes in the back side of the
vehicle; insert the bolts and washers in (B) without tightening. Now insert the assembled
assembly pieces
4) Place the mounting pieces
provided holes and matching according to the already inserted nut pieces
points (C) of the tow bar, insert the bolts and tighten everything firmly (see tension). Re-
assemble the bumper on the vehicle.
5) Assemble the ball 50T together with the security shackle and tighten everything firmly (see
tension).
6) Assemble the socket holder P13 on (F). Insert the bolts and tighten firmly (see tension).
Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.

