Operation
Setting up the welding machine
Prerequisite
– All the required accessories and additional
devices, including tension devices, supports,
planes, welding plates, etc., must be present
ready for commissioning.

Insert the operating lever into the clamping
carriage.

Place the hand-operated plane or electric
plane and the welding plate support
between the clamping carriage and the
tensioning block. Push the guide bar through
the plane and the welding plate support and
fix it in place.

Mount the welding plate on the welding plate
support.
The swivel support with base serves as a
support for pipe bends or branch fittings.

Place the pipe support prisms with cams on
the support rail and fix them in place. If
applicable, place the swivel support onto the
support rail and fix it in place.
