a) I'appareil a été cassé;
b) les appareils ont été employés sans respecter les normes
et les modes d'emploi présents dans ce livret;
c) les dommages sont provoqués par un milieu peu approprié
ou par des causes qui ne dependent pas du fonctionnement
normal de l'appareil (valeurs de tension et fréquence dans
l'installation du réseau irréguliers);
d) les réparations sont effectuées par des personnes non
authorisées par la firme.
2- La garantie est considérée valable seulement si le certificat
est rempli entièrement au moment de l'achat (le certificat doit
être timbré, daté et souscrit par le revendeur autorisé).
3- La demande d'intervention pendant la période de garantie
devra être effectuée uniquement dans des magasins et des
laboratoires authorisés. Il faudra présenter l'appareil
défectueux et le certificat de garantie (voir point 2).
4- Les frais et les risques de transport ne sont pas à la charge
de l'acheteur.
5- La substitution de I'appareil et le prolongement de la garantie
sont exclus après l'intervention à cause d'une panne.
6- La firme n'est pas responsable pour les dommages
directs ou indirects d'une nature quelconque à des personnes
ou à des choses à cause d'un usage impropre de l'appareil
ou bien pour l'impossibilité d'utiliser l'appareil pendant le
temps nécessaire aux réparations.
POUR POUVOIR BENEFICIER DE CETTE GARANTIE IL FAUT QUE
LE COUPON ICIJOIN SOIT ENVOYE ENTIEREMENT REMPLI DANS
UN DELAI DE 10 JOURS A PARTIR DE LA DATE D'ACHAT.
Toute reproduction des textes et des dessins est interdite si elle n'est pas
autorisée par la direction.
Toutes les caractéristiques et les données de construction ainsi que les
illustrations sont basées sur les détails valables au moment de la rédaction
de ce livret; si l'appareil a un probléme qui n'a pas été abordé dans ce livret
contacter immediatement la firme.
a) tampering with or damage to the machine due to incorrect use;
b) use of the appliance which does not accord with the information
and advice in the instruction booklet;
c) damage caused by a working environment unsuitable to the
appliance and by phenomena not dependent on its normal
functioning (incorrect voltage and frequency rating of mains);
d) repairs made by individuals or centres not authorised by the
manufacturing company.
2- The guarantee is considered valid only if the accompanying
certificate is fully completed at the time of purchase and
dated, stamped and counter-signed by the authorised dealer.
3- Request for repair under guarantee must be made exlusively
to authorised sales outlets or workshops. The faulty appliance
must have attached to it the certificate of guarantee with
details as outlined in point 2 above.
4- The costs and risks involved in transit are not at the purchaser's
expence.
5- Specific exclusion is made both to the replacement of the
appliance and the extension of the guarantee following
intervention to repair faults.
6- The production company is not responsible for damage of
any kind, either direct or indirect, to persons or property due
to misuse of the appliance. Neither is it responsible for the
appliance being out of service during the time necessary for
repairs.
TO OBTAIN THE RIGHT TO THE PRESENT GUARANTEE THE
ATTACHED GUARANTEE CARD, FULLY COMPLETED, MUST BE
POSTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE OF THE APPLIANCE.
It is FORBIDDEN to reproduce, even in part, the text and illustrations without
the prior authorisation of the management.
The features, construction data and illustrations are all based on information
correct at the tine of drafting the present instruction booklet. Should the appliance
present a problem not considered in this manual, contact the production company
immediately.
