3 PREPARING THE PRODUCT FOR USE
3.1 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The assembly process and functional check are
to be performed by the specialist retailer. The
specialist retailer's technician will adjust the
product as appropriate for the respective user.

3.3 SEAT WIDTH

Remove the parts and bolt set from the
cardboard packaging and place them all on
a level, clean, sturdy surface (the fl oor or a
table).

The seat can be set to one of three widths
(560/630/700 mm). The backrest is pre-as-
sembled for a seat width of 560 mm.

The fi rst step is to slot the backrest into the
side elements (1, Fig. 4). During assembly,
take care to ensure that the parts are all
aligned correctly and facing the right way.
The side element sockets for the plug-in
tubes should be pointing inwards. When
slotting the backrest into the side elements,
make sure that the backrest cushion is
facing forwards.

Initial set-up should be carried out by trained
personnel of the specialist retailer
Double open-end wrench (8 x 10 mm)

Risk of trapping: Be careful of your hands/
fi ngers during assembly to avoid getting them
trapped in moving parts.
