- Page 3 de - DE Sicherheitshinweise Die Abdeckung darf nicht mit CS 1421 (Salamander) und CS 1028 kombiniert werden. Das Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb genommen werden, wenn die Abdeckung heruntergeklappt ist. Durch die Hitzeeinwirkung kann die Abdeckung beschädigt werden. Die Abdeckung darf nicht als Ablagefläche benutzt werden.
- Page 4 de - DE Montage ^ Kleben Sie das Dichtprofil a auf die Rahmenmitte an der Hinterseite des Gerätes. ^ Legen Sie die Abdeckung über das Gerät.
- Page 5 de - DE ^ Schieben Sie die Abdeckung bis zur Hinterkante des Gerätes. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Abdeckung mit dem Gerät abschließt. ^ Schieben Sie die seitlichen Scharnierabdeckungen b über die Scharniere.
- Page 6 de - DE ^ Schrauben Sie die Abdeckung mit den mitgelieferten Befestigungsschrauben auf der Arbeitsplatte an. ^ Achten Sie darauf, dass die Abdeckung eben auf dem Gerät aufliegt. Ist dies nicht der Fall, kann die Abdeckung mit den Stellschrauben c nachjustiert werden.

Abdeckung abbauen ^ Ziehen Sie die Scharnierabdeckung b nach außen ab. ^ Hebeln Sie mit einem flachen stumpfen Gegenstand e die Abdeckleiste nach oben. Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass keine Kratzer oder Beschädigungen an der Abdeckung und den Scharnierabdeckung entstehen.
- Page 8 de - DE Reinigung und Pflege Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keinesfalls ein Dampf-Reinigungsgerät. Der Dampf kann an spannungs- führende Teile des Gerätes gelangen und einen Kurz- schluss auslösen. Die Abdeckung darf zur Reinigung erst heruntergeklappt werden, wenn das Gerät kalt und die Restwärmeanzeige erloschen ist.

The appliance may not be used with the cover lowered onto it as the heat from the appliance will damage the cover. Do not use the cover as a resting place for any other objects.
- Page 10 en-GB Installation ^ Stick the sealing strip a centrally onto the rear edge of the appliance, as shown. ^ Position the cover over the appliance.
- Page 11 en-GB ^ Align the rear edge of the cover with that of the appliance, making sure that the cover can shut down properly on top of the appliance. ^ Slide the hinge covers onto the hinges b from the side.
- Page 12 en-GB ^ Secure the cover to the worktop using the screws supplied. ^ Make sure that the cover is sitting squarely on top of the appliance. If this is not the case, the cover can be aligned by turning the adjusting screws c.
- Page 13 en-GB ^ Fit cover strip d. To dismantle the cover ^ Pull the hinge covers b off at the sides. ^ Use a flat blunt object e to lever the cover strip off. Take care not to scratch or damage either the cover or the hinge covers.
- Page 14 Only use household washing-up liquid to clean the cover. Do not use industrial cleaning agents. Clean the cover using a damp Miele microfibre E-cloth or with a clean sponge and a solution of hot water and washing-up liquid. Wipe dry using a soft cloth.

- Page 20 fr - FR Nettoyage et entretien N'utilisez pas de nettoyeur vapeur pour le nettoyage. La vapeur pourrait parvenir sur les composants de l'appareil et provoquer un court-circuit. Attendre que le domino ait refroidi et que l'affichage de chaleur résiduelle (s'il y en a un) soit éteint pour refermer le couvercle.
