7 CLEANING THE TROLLEY
Never clean the trolley while it is working.
When cleaning the trolley, make every effort not to contaminate the environment with the treatment
fluid.
Cleaning should be done while wearing the same protective clothing worn when spraying to prevent
accidental contact with the chemicals.
1. Completely empty out the tank (1) by undoing the drain plug (19) - make sure not to spill its contents.
2. Clean and rinse out the tank.
3. Screw the drain plug (19) back in and fill the tank with fresh water.
4. Start the trolley as described above.
5. Use the lever (22) on the lance (7) to flush out the pump and the circuit.
Do not use diluents, solvents or acids to clean the trolley.
The fluid drained out of the tank and the water used to rinse it and the circuit should be collected in
containers for use in subsequent treatments; store them as explained in par. 3 or dispose of them at an
authorised disposal centre, as required by the law in the country of use.
