4.9 TABLE OF LANCE NOZZLE DELIVERY RATES
The fluid delivery rate of the lance depends on the pressure set with the pump regulating valve and the diameter
of the lance nozzle. The maximum nozzle delivery rate is obtained with the lance set to its narrowest jet; increas-
ing the jet diameter reduces the delivery rate. The standard nozzle is dia. 1.2 mm. Other size nozzles are available.
Use the following table to determine the nozzle diameter in relation to your treatment requirements.
