The control panel allows you to adjust the following settings:
Charging Up the Battery
Completely discharge the battery (4) every few months and then charge it up again.
Use the device until it stops to discharge the battery. Then charge up the battery.
Before you fi rst use the device, or if it has not been used for a long time, it takes approx. 2
hours for an empty battery to be fully charged up. The battery only reaches its full perfor-
mance capacity after it has been fully discharged and charged up again two to three times.
1. Make sure that the device is switched off.
2. Connect the mains adapter cable to the connecting cable (6).
3. Plug the mains plug of the mains adapter into an easily accessible plug socket which
matches the technical data of the device.
4. The charging process then begins.
5. Once the battery is fully charged (after approx. 2 hours), disconnect the mains adapter
from the mains power and the mains adapter from the device.
If the performance of the device diminishes, the battery needs to be charged.
Use
PLEASE NOTE!

No pressure should be exerted on the device as this will slow down or stop the mas-
sage and the device could be damaged. Do not stand or lie on the device.
■
Do not use the device for longer than 30 minutes without stopping.
■
Do not massage one group of muscles for longer than 15 minutes.
■
For reasons of hygiene, avoid direct contact of the skin with the device wherever pos-
sible. It should not come into contact with skin that has had cream or oil applied to it.
■
A tingling sensation/itching during or after the massage is normal due to the circula-
tion-boosting effect.
We recommend that you wait an hour after mealtimes before using the device.
ON / OFF - switch the massage on and off, the device changes direc-
tion every minute, the red light and heat function are automatically
switched on
Change of direction - the massage device massages continuously
either clockwise or anticlockwise
Speed - the speed can be set to three levels (slow, medium, fast)
Heat - the red light and heat function can be switched off or on
Vibration - additional vibration can be switched off or on
(2 levels: pulsing vibrations – constant vibrations – vibrations off)
