The 280 mm cooking zone adapts itself and
automatically recognises the diameter of the pan
used (340-360 mm), and so produces an even
distribution of heat in the pan and ensures all the food
is cooked at the same heat.
Boost setting (only for bringing liquids or frying oil
rapidly to the boil), press:
boost =MAXIMUM POWER
