ENGLISH
The 1051/104 is a passive infrared motion sensor (PIR) with built-in camera. When motion is detect, it sends alarm signals and high-
quality images to the system control unit.
The detector has a detection range of 10 metres when it is mounted at 2 metres from the ground. The detector consists of two parts, a
cover and a base. The cover contains all the electronic and optical components and the camera, while the base is used for fixing. The
base contains arrangements for the holes for assembling it on a flat surface or in a corner. The detector is also provided with a single
tamper switch which is activated when the cover is opened.

1. Blue LED/Function button
Meaning of the LEDs:
The blue LED lights up in the following conditions:
- The blue LED blinks once every 20 minutes: the detector has lost the connection with the control
unit.
- The blue LED lights up for 30 seconds: the detector is being initialised in test mode.
- The blue LED blinks fast twice: the detector is connected correctly to the control unit.
- The blue LED lights up for 2 seconds during normal operation: the detector has detected motion.
- The blue LED blinks: the detector is transmitting images to the control unit.
- The blue LED and the illuminator which blink once: the detector was reset.
Using the function button:
- Press the button once to send a supervision signal.
- To reset the detector: hold the button pressed for 10 seconds. Release the button when the
illuminator and the blue LED blinks once.
2. IR sensor lens
The sensor is used to detect the movements of people and/or animals by detecting their body
temperature.
3. Illuminator
The illuminator provides sufficient light to acquire images in poor lighting conditions.
The blue LED and the illuminator both blink once when the function button is pressed for 10
seconds to indicate that the detector was reset.
4. Camera lens
5. Jumper JP1
Jumper ON: the blue LED is enabled (default setting).
Jumper OFF: the blue LED is disabled.
6. Jumper JP2
J
umper ON: after transmitting following a detected movement, the signals will be transmitted and
the acquired images will be transmitted if any other movements are detected (default setting).
Jumper OFF: the detector has a "sleep time" (see below) of approximately 1 minute to save
energy.
7. Tamper switch
The tamper switch is activated when the fixing screw of the cover is loosened. The tamper
switch is activated when the fixing screw of the cover is tightened.
8. Battery isolator
9. Fixing screws
