11. Selection of calendar language

Language selection is done in TON\L position by rotating the crown in

position 2. Four languages are available: French (FRA), German (DEU),

English (ENG), Spanish (ESP). Push crown back to position 1.

BEZEL COMPASS SCALE

By indicating the four points of the compass and the courses, this bezel fulfils several navigational functions.

1. Course memory

This function enables the pilot to "memorize" the course to be followed by placing the latter opposite the hour-

marker at 12 o'clock.

2. Indication of the opposite course

It also enables the user to instantly read off the return direction, shown opposite the course followed on the

outbound flight.

BATTERY END-OF-LIFE INDICATOR (EOL)
