LEFT DOOR ASSEMBLY
9. Install upper left hinge pin toward the top of the left
pallet rack upright. (See Figure 10)
NOTE: Hinge pin location will depend on
where pallet rack beams are placed.
NOTE: The pin should face up on the inside
of the upright.
10. Use two 1/2" carriage bolts and nuts to secure
hinge pin in place. (See Figure 10)

NOTE: Install doors before attaching bottom
hinge pins to the upright. Once door is on the
top hinge pins, install bottom hinge pins to the
door and upright.
11. Slide upper left door hinge over top left hinge pin.
(See Figure 11)

12. Once the left door is in place, place lower left hinge
pin into door hinge. (See Figure 12)
NOTE: Lower left hinge pin will need to align
with the lower left door hinge.
NOTE: Lower left hinge pin should face down.
13. Use two 1/2" carriage bolts and nuts to secure the
hinge pin and door to upright. (See Figure 12)

14. Repeat steps 9-13 for right door.
