TROUBLE SHOOTING

CORRECTIVE ACTION
•Turn the couple nut to cylinder
valve until solid stop. Tighten
by hand,Tighten by Hand only.
DO NOT use tools.
• Or : Turn off gas cylinder ,
wait 5 minutes for gas clear,
follow "CHECKING FOR LEAKS".
1. Turn off the control valve.
2. Wait 5 minutes and relight
per "Lighting Instruction"
3. If flames are still too low,
reset the excess flow valve:
• Turn control valve to "OFF"
• Turn off gas cylinder . Then
disconnect regulator from gas
cylinder.
• Turn control valve to "High",
and wait 2 minute, then turn off
control valve.
• Reconnect regulator to gas
cylinder and perform a leck
check
• Relight per "lighting
instruction".
Burn fire pit for 15 minutes and
reinspect.
Clean burner / venture tube
Clean burner ports
• Clear burner / venturi tube
• Check for bent or kinked
hose.
Ensure burner / venturi tube is
properly engaged with orifice.
