Intended Purpose
This USB phone provides you more conveniences to make free calls over the Internet from
PC to PC anywhere as easy as using normal telephones. The phone is compatible with
SKYPE®.

Hardware installation
Connect one end of the provided USB cable to the USB phone and the other end to your
computer's USB port. When connected to a computer using Windows® XP or 2000, it will
automatically detect the new device.
2.1
Windows® ME
When the Add New Hardware Wizard screen pops up, select Automatic search for a
better driver and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the driver installation.
2.2
Windows® 98SE

When the Add New Hardware Wizard screen pops up, click Next.
Select Search for the best driver for your device. Click Next.

Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed.
When prompted for Windows® 98(SE) CD-ROM, click OK. Then enter the path to your

Windows® 98(SE) CD original files, and click OK.

Webt@lker 200 Utility installation
If Skype is not yet installed on your computer, please download the latest version of the
software from www.skype.com and follow the installation wizard.
To insure that the Webt@lker 200 is functioning optimal with Skype, the utility must be
installed.

Insert the CD when the PC is on. If the program doesn't run automatically, click on
START in the toolbar and select Run. Enter D:\CD_Start.exe (if D in not your CD-ROM
drive, enter the appropriate letter)
Select 'Install Software'

The installation wizard will guide you through the process.

At the end of the installation, you will be asked to allow that this program can be used
with Skype. Select 'Allow this program to use skype' and click OK.
The installation of SKYPE and the use of the telephone is described in the
full user guide that you can find on the CD.
