Installation Instructions – LAM4B Multi Head Installation
i. Draw Input wires (Black, White & Green) from
flexible conduit through access plate.
ii. Connect Black to Black and White to White wires by
using wire nuts provided. (Figure 1.6)
iii. Connect Ground wire to driver back plate using
#8-32 screws

iv. Assemble access plate with #8-32 screws back to
housing by tucking wires inside, Connect flexible
conduit to access plate. (Figure 1.7)

4. Once the connections are done, Install the fixture plate
with light into the housing. Ensure wires do not get
pinched along the edges of plate. Install #8-32 screws.

5. Different multi-head units will have different cut-out
sizes
(Refer to ceiling cut-out sizes below).
• 1 Light: 5 9/16" X 6 1/16" (Figure 1.9)
• 2 Light: 10 13/16" X 6 1/16" (Figure 1.10)
• 3 Light: 16 1/16" X 6 1/16" (Figure 1.11)
• 4 Light: 21 5/16" X 6 1/16" (Figure 1.12)
