• Programme Type / RDS CLOCK / Radio Text / Frequency
Synchronize clock with RDS station
You can synchronize the clock time on the unit with an RDS station.
1. Tune to an RDS radio station that transmits time signals.
2. Press and hold DISPLAY button.
• [CT SYNC] is displayed and the unit reads RDS time automatically.
• If no time signal is received, [NO CT] is displayed.
Note: The accuracy of the transmitted time depends on the RDS station that transmits the
time signal.
ADJUST VOLUME LEVEL AND SOUND EFFECT
Adjust volume level
During play, press the VOL+/- button to increase/decrease the volume level.
Enhance bass
During play, press S-BASS button to turn on/off super bass enhancement. If S-BASS is
activated, [BASS] is displayed.
Select automatic loudness control
During play, press LOUDNESS button to turn on/off automatic loudness control.
Mute sound
During play, press MUTE button to mute or restore sound.
Select a preset sound effect
Please note, you cannot use different sound effects at the same time.
During play, press P-EQ button repeatedly to select:
FLAT / POP/ JAZZ / ROCK / CLASSIC
SET ALARM TIMER
This unit can be used as an alarm clock. You can select USB or TUNER as alarm clock.
Note: Make sure that you have set the time correctly.
1. In standby mode, press and hold TIMER button, until [TIMER SET] scrolls on the
display.
2. Press / on the remote control or front panel to select a source.
3. Press TIMER button to confirm. The hour digits are displayed and begin to blink.
4. Press /
